Elisabeth Marshall is a certified Pilates instructor with an interest in anatomy and biomechanics, imagery, and bodywork. She taught contemporary Pilates for four years and is currently pursuing a second certification in classical Pilates. Her clients include rugby players, ballroom dancers, high school students, and elite swimmers.

In addition, Elisabeth holds a MA in English. She is a part-time lecturer in Medical Humanities, focussing on narrative and metaphor in medical practice.

Elisabeth lives in Auckland, New Zealand.
